Positive: It is a beautiful hotel and its location is good and gives one access to most things. It is also near good shops. Most of the workers are friendly.

Negative: I did not understand at check in when their exchange rate was much higher than the rate of the day. What was taken from my card was about R10000 more than what Booking.com quoted me. Nobody could help me with this query till today. Our suite was also neglected. The cleaning was not up to standard. I have been using this hotel all the time but now the service is deteriorating.
